    从可怜的Vicki的故事中
    我忽然想到
    吸血鬼在中国可能会吃胖……
     
    鸡鸭血汤一定是最好的善良的吸血鬼的食补
     
    话说来了米国以后我简直就是以糖类为生的生物了……
    本来也爱吃甜的
    但绝对没有这么夸张
    现在做梦就等着有人生日请我吃蛋糕呢……唉
    还有那可恨的爆甜的巧克力、饼干及OREO  >___<
    好想吃啊~~~~~~~~~
    我已经干掉了好多了……
    如果我爹妈知道我在这一直猛吃零食不晓得会不会freakout
    但我实在忍不住
    大脑一直分泌信号，说要吃吃吃甜食
    还好我还没怎么胖= =
     
    22号，糟糕，刚洗的头被汽车溅起的水从头淋到脚，于是不得不从新洗，包括所有衣服。
    然后在冷风中等公交长达20分钟，现在感觉自己又要感冒了……
    啊啊啊

    呵呵，我有时也这样，我觉得原因一是平时东西吃不饱 （自己烧得简单，没有几菜几汤的，或者外国食品不充饥，吃完了就又饿了），二是那里比较冷，为了维持体温，就会一直想吃东西（不过，不出汗就会长胖），三是生活氛围变化，枯燥单调或者有精神压力时，脑子里就会想到食物，四是生活规律没有调整好，睡眠不足会刺激食欲。
