July 24 芝加哥——衣要去Chicago了，带什么衣服是一个非常严峻的问题
左问右问，也问不出个所以然来（貌似在外国的同学各个都是大忙人）
干脆自己查
中文的相当少，只能多查英文的，以下是总结，顺便锻炼Daily English
1.
衣服
美联航允许免费托运两个32KG的行李，所以我把四季的衣服都带上了。租的房间都有衣橱，尽管挂。因为芝加哥夏天短，学校里空调很足，基本上没机会穿夏装，可以少带。很多情况下就是T恤加一件衬衣或是外套。由于每天换衣服，而两周才去一次Laundry，建议多带衣服，内衣、T恤和衬衣多多益善（尽量至少一周不重样吧。衣服不脏也不必马上洗，美国的空气还是很干净的）。裤子则首选牛仔裤，一年四季合穿。美国衣服还是比国内贵，普通T恤10刀左右，套头衫十几二十也有很多。仔裤二三十左右算便宜的。不过他们衣服质量好，较少脱色、缩水，也不怕烘干。国内衣服不经烘，要适当减少烘干时间。我住的地方在学校旁边，又是中央空调，所以冬天也不冷，有一件厚大衣过路穿就行了。学校冬天室内也有空调，一般穿薄毛衣或是套头衫。职业装要带一两套，女生建议深色裙装，怕冷的话裤装也行，以应付正式会议或Intern工作的场合。再带一两件晚装，有的社交场合和毕业典礼时需要。 这位同学说的是很好，问题是我带不下那么多东西……可以考虑在锅里塞点衣服带……= =
2. 估计带得最值的是冬天的衣服，因为芝加哥的纬度比较高（和沈阳差不多，北纬40°），再加上北美洲南北走向的地形（北极的寒冷气流长驱直入，不像中国还有众多的东西走向山脉阻挡），冬天会比想象中的寒冷。

一般常穿的衣物(冬衣可以多帶點)、內衣褲、免洗內衣褲及襪子、手套、帽子、圍巾、雪衣、雪鞋、睡袋，打包時可以用真空壓縮袋(裝大衣、棉被跟枕頭最適合)。 另外女生可以多帶點衣服，因為這邊的衣服通常又大又醜，比較男性化(當然如果您是大和拜金女非LV、Chanel不穿的人，可以到這裡努力的血拼)。 女生請帶生理用品，這邊的衛生棉會讓你記住他的存在。
4. You want to make sure that you have a long winter coat; I was just there this past week and I am from Orlando...
Lucky for us, the weather was pretty mild. My long coat is wool and make sure you get some leggins（奇怪，我上次问别人，她说连棉毛裤都不用……到底信谁捏？） or tights to wear under your jeans...the wind cuts right through your clothes. Make sure you get a nice big scarf, you could probably find a nice one at GAP, I actually just purchased one, they are having a sale. Long socks also helps and make sure you have leather gloves! AND a beanie :) BUT if you are planning on going sight seeing, wear sneakers because if you are going to wear your high heeled boots（这是啥？高根的靴子？） or whatever, you'll be crying at the end of the day! Have a great time while you are there, hope this helps.. 5.这个是搞笑的，哪里都会有打酱油的人出现啊……

6.说实话，这个没完全看懂
well, it's been in the 50's（这相当于10度） for the past week, all the snow melted. because of global warming, you can come to chicago now in tank top and shorts~!（10度穿这样，牛）
hopefully by new year's it'll get cold and snowy, so then you will need a warm jacket, gloves, scarf, sweater, and pants. go with boots that are flats or platformed（莫非是指坡跟） not heels cause there will be ice and unless you have excellent balance（看到这里觉得很好玩，想象一个高根鞋女在雪中滑行）, you shouldn't try. and winter clothes will be everywhere because it is the holidays. shop down michigan. have fun~!

Instead, you might want to buy a winter coat that is less stylish, but that will keep you warm and save the leather jacket for nights out and you'll just suffer a little as you try to hail a cab.
Ugg boots are the best for keeping your feet warm.真高兴我买了EMU，哈哈，带上！ 8.
one winter i was waiting on a CTA that's a bus for non Chicagoans we were on the corner of 63rd and Pulaski on the south side of Chicago and i was dressed like an Eskimo and i was so cold it took 3 days to thaw me out 寒一个…… 9.
winter stuff and don't forget a scarf, gloves and hat. You can find everything on michigan avenue there's a north face store(if you're really cold) a nordstrom(for boots) and much, much more.买东西的地方，记下
Don' forget to protect your (face) skin and lips because the wind is the worst thing in Chicago唉……其实我觉得帮上海天气还是有点像的 10.
I'm from Chicago, and my advice is to plan for ANY type of weather. Midwest weather is crazy. It can be warm one day and then kind of cold and windy the next. i would bring a sweatshirt and jeans, something a little dressy (and maybe a shawl to wear over it), capris. Comfortable shoes are a must!

i LOVE chicago i go there every year! since it will be towards i would say just normal tees and pants and a light jacket and always bring a long sleeved and or a heavy jacket. as for going out just some cute sexy dresses.. probably SPARKLY! hahah 我也想带好看的裙子啊啊啊，但现在只能实用第一了
